Bench tested the neon and Tech 2000 with a laptop driving the voice.
I glued the neon to the backplate (I know, it's not the recommended practice
but if I break the neon, I'll use Scott's method of adhering the neon to the torso.
But, I really like having the neon attached to the backplate.
The Neon power supplier is glued to the back of the backplate and there is a
wire connector coming off the power supplier. This allows for easy removal of
the neon system.
Parts list:
120 watt amplifier ($130)
Three speakers ($70)
Tech 2000 Musical Interface and neon power supplier ($95)
Transistor and wiring materials ($15)
Cost so far: Approx $310
